Caprice Baker

Caprice Baker is a buying and listing agent for the Meraki Real Estate Group. Caprice graduated from West Texas A&M University with a business degree and a wedding planning certification. After going through the process of buying a home herself, she decided Real Estate would be the perfect career opportunity for her. Caprice listens to her clients and she will only give the best and most honest advice. She enjoys helping others and will make sure her clients are properly informed and prepared throughout their real estate transaction. Caprice strives to be above the standard and goes above and beyond for her clients, making certain to keep their best interest in mind. She is constantly networking and doing her research so she can make sure she is knowledgeable in the Real Estate market.

On her downtime, Caprice enjoys spending time with her family, reading a good book & decorating her home! Caprice met her husband Tyler while attending WT and began a family with the birth of their daughter, Blair and plan to grow their family. Caprice and her family enjoy travelling to new places and trying new foods, hiking or riding bikes & catching a good movie.
